Inventory management for plumbing & HVAC businesses

Plumbing, heating and air conditioning live on availability: fittings in twenty dimensions, seals, maintenance spares for ongoing contracts – and at night, on call, only what is in the vehicle counts. Lavesy shows in real time what is in the workshop, warehouse and every service van, warns at minimum stock and prepares the reorder for your wholesaler.

Sound familiar?

  • On call, exactly the one seal is missing – the job fails or costs detours.
  • Fittings in many dimensions: there is always a box somewhere, but nobody knows where.
  • Maintenance spares for contract customers are bought ad hoc instead of stocked.
  • After installation the withdrawal is posted "later" – and is then missing in billing.

How Lavesy helps

On-call vehicles in view

Every service van as a storage location – target stocking and gaps visible at once.

Dimensions cleanly separated

Item variants with their own number and minimum stock per dimension.

Spares for maintenance contracts

Stock recurring demand and let it reorder automatically.

Post withdrawals on site

By phone scan right at the customer – nothing gets lost in billing.

How it works

  1. 1Create warehouse, workshop and service vehicles as storage locations.
  2. 2Label fittings, seals and spares with QR codes and minimum stock levels.
  3. 3Post withdrawals at the customer with a smartphone.
  4. 4Send bundled reorders to the wholesaler.

Frequently asked questions

Can we model a target stocking per service vehicle?

Yes, from the Business plan. Every vehicle is its own vehicle warehouse with target stock; after the shift the refill list shows what is missing and what the main warehouse can supply, and books the refill as a transfer.

Can we load our plumbing wholesaler’s data?

Yes, via the Datanorm import (Datanorm 4, Business and above): items, texts and prices per supplier with a preview; every price change lands in the price history.

How do we keep many dimensions of the same fitting apart?

Each dimension is its own item with its own number, label and minimum stock – scanning rules out mix-ups.

Is it worth it for a small plumbing business?

Yes – getting started is free, and even one managed vehicle saves detours to the wholesaler. You can grow anytime.
