Vehicle stock & project costs
BusinessEvery van a warehouse – with a refill list and material per job.
In the trades a large share of the material lives in the van. In Lavesy every vehicle is its own warehouse with a licence plate and an assigned technician. You set the target stock, the refill list shows what is missing and what the main warehouse can supply – and every withdrawal for a job flows into that project’s material costs.

Frequently asked questions
Can a technician see the rest of the warehouse?
With the “Technician” role they see and post only their own vehicle. Stock and withdrawals in the rest of the warehouse stay locked for them.
How are material costs per project calculated?
From all outbound postings linked to the project – delivered delivery orders and withdrawals for the project – valued at the cost price at withdrawal, minus cancellations. Later price changes do not shift the value.
What happens to batch- or serial-tracked items when refilling?
They appear on the refill list but are not booked automatically. Move them with a regular transfer that records batch or serial number.
Which plan includes vehicle stock and project costs?
Business and above.
